Policy Templates for Scale

Managing security across multiple tenants just got dramatically easier with our new Policy Templates feature. This modular template system allows you to:

• Create combinations of controls that can be applied to multiple tenants simultaneously
• Build separate templates for different license combinations or compliance requirements
• Configure groups of tenants with similar needs efficiently at scale
• Maintain flexibility with tenant-level exclusions when needed

Enhanced Assessment Capabilities

Understanding your security posture is the foundation of effective protection. This quarter, we've significantly enhanced our Assess functionality:

Microsoft Secure Score Integration – You can now view Secure Score for all your managed tenants in a single, unified view. While we know Secure Score isn't the be-all and end-all of security metrics, having visibility into current scores and recent posture changes across your entire portfolio provides valuable context for your security oversight.

Continuous Policy Alignment – We maintain continuous alignment with Microsoft's evolving policy updates, ensuring you're always working with the latest security recommendations and best practices.

Improved Risk Visibility – We've enhanced visibility into vulnerabilities and risks across your tenants, making it easier to identify and prioritize security concerns.

Stronger Security Policies

The threat landscape continues to evolve, and so do our policy controls. This quarter brought significant enhancements to help you stay ahead:

New Token Theft Protection Controls – With token hijacking threats becoming increasingly sophisticated, we've added critical new controls including Token Theft Protection, the ability to Disable Device Code Flow, Device Token Binding, and Authentication Transfer between devices. These controls directly address one of the most pressing security challenges organizations face today.

Richer Policy Details – Each policy recommendation now includes enhanced details to guide your configuration decisions. We've also added visual indicators for license requirements, making it crystal clear which controls are available for your specific Microsoft 365 licensing tier.

Featured Controls Highlight – Our updated Policies UI now showcases new featured controls, making it easier to discover and implement the latest security recommendations.

Advanced Reporting Capabilities

Communication is key to demonstrating security value. Our new reporting features make it easier than ever to deliver client-ready insights:

Streamlined Onboarding

Getting new tenants secured shouldn't be complicated. Our Q3 updates make onboarding faster and more efficient:

GDAP Integration – Leverage your existing Granular Delegated Admin Privileges (GDAP) relationships in your CSP tenant to generate Overe sites for your customers en masse. Combined with Policy Templates, this feature creates a seamless onboarding experience for new Microsoft 365 tenants.

Optimized Site Creation – We've refined the site creation and activation process to be cleaner and faster, reducing the time from setup to protection.

Expanded Compliance Support

Compliance requirements continue to grow in complexity. We're keeping pace:

NIS2 Mapping – We've expanded our compliance mapping to include NIS2, joining our existing framework support. This expanded mapping is available at partners.overe.io and provides context within the security tasks we outline in Assess.

Framework Alignment – Our Reports section provides a convenient foundation to fulfill the ongoing assessment and review requirements that are fundamental to most cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
