Terms of Service

This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) security service ("Service"), which includes both Overe's Free assessment tool and a premium service currently in beta ("Premium Beta").
By clicking "I agree" or similar language, or accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Service.
By clicking "I agree" or similar language, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Beta Version. You acknowledge that the Premium Beta Version is a pre-release version and is not at the level of performance or compatibility of a final, generally available product. You understand that the Free and the Premium Beta Version may contain errors, bugs, or other issues that could cause system failures, data loss, or other problems.
Feedback. You agree to provide feedback to us regarding the Beta Version, including any errors, bugs, or other issues you encounter while using the Beta Version. You agree that we may use your feedback for any purpose, including product development and marketing.
No Warranty. The services provided by Overe in both the Free and the Premium Beta Version are provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the either the Free or the Premium Beta Version.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where our company is incorporated (UK), without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions
We provide a feature to delete connections to our SaaS app and the associated data after a period of 30 days. This is implemented as a precautionary measure to handle any accidental deletions. Additionally, when an account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
The use of the Service or Premium Beta for competitive analysis, benchmarking, or any similar purpose by competitors or any party affiliated with a competitor is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of the Service for these purposes will be considered a material breach of this Agreement. In the event of such a breach, in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity, we reserve the right to seek injunctive relief, damages, and legal costs.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Beta Version, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
